We make time to trek around the dramatic peaks of Mount Fitz Roy and take a guided trip to the Perito Moreno Glacier. We have a 5 night stay in Torres del Paine National Park, to trek the W Walk before crossing the Strait of Magellan to head to the end of the earth - Tierra del Fuego and the southernmost city in the world, Ushuaia. We are partnered with the Torres del Paine Legacy Fund, who work to enhance the long-term health of Torres del Paine and its surrounding communities.

Elizabeth W

It enabled us to get to wonderful places and we lucked out with the weather and the people in our group. It had less exposure to local culture than I would have liked.

Jasmine B

The best overlanding trip I have taken. The sights I have seen on and off the truck were amazing and the whole concept of the trip brings the experience together. The truck crew also made the experience fantastic. Torres Del Paine was the part of the trip I enjoyed the most, mainly as it was nice to chill out in the base camp and have my meals cooked by a lovely chef.

Clive M

The trip is something of a blue ribbon trip that works well and is long established

Erwin K

Great trip, fun group, but overall quite long driving days/distances. Longer than in itinerary.

Jan R

Great adventure

Leonie M

It was a great trip. I left feeling wonderful and so glad I managed to complete the challenges of the activities. I was also glad that as older travellers we felt comfortable with the group. We saw some wonderful sights and loved Patagonia.

Kathryn H

we were on the go a lot. I was surprised at how many activities were planned by Dragoman. The drivers worked incredibly hard.

Peter B

More stops prefered, especially while long driving days.

NG N

Great trip. Great adventure.

Kenneth R

Amazing sights and experience

George M

For me Dragoman provide the standard to which other companies aspire. Itineraries and general journey comfort from crews plus support when booking will be hard to beat

Alice P

I’ve really enjoyed trip, and this is not he first time I travel in groups, but I would have like more free time. And by free time I mean having the chance to spend some time alone without being always surrounded by the other people in the tour.

Nikolaus W

I enjoyed my stay on the Patagonia trip very much. Only point, as I'm a long term traveller the pace of the trip is a bit too fast for me. It seems it's designed for people with not that much time who want to see the most in a short period of time

Timothy I

The overall trip and facilitators were great! My only complaint about the “overall trip” would be the choice of a few of the hostels.

Rosalind H

The itinerary which took us off the beaten track and also to places I wanted to see.

Harry R

Really great experience from start to finish. The guides also really made the trip for me.

Yorick Christiaan Z

The Nice viewpoints And the rides through Nice landscapes

Reinier Z

Loved the trip. Lots of highlights! But I expected more time in tierra del fuego.

Freya V

The guides went above and beyond for us, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip!

Rosa B

Bit too much for too short of time

Gaynor W

Zi Han T

The crew were great and did a really good job in all areas.

Janissa J

It was amazing and I had a wonderful time!

Jessica S

Was a bit apprehensive about spending so much time on a truck, but I absolutely loved the entire tour and can't wait to do another.

John L

It was indeed a fantastic 'experience' not exactly a 'holiday' for us. Really enjoyed meeting and mixing with a group of interesting people of varying ages and backgrounds and bonding with them all in fun times and tough times.

Janet L

An adventure which took me well outside my comfort zone!

Zoe C

Enjoyed the amount of time spent spent outdoors and seeing rural areas of Patagonia. Most of the time, the areas that we stopped at had activities catering for everyone. The camping and truck jobs/cook groups is a great way to promote group bonding.

Robert E

Loved the whole trip: staying in a mixture of hostels and camping, the mixture of eating out or eating off the truck.

Mary M

Enjoyed everything! Spending time with people enjoying nature at its very best. Bush camping was great - venues unbelievable!

Ross G

We saw an incredible number of things in a relatively short space of time.

Ashton C

Enjoyed the truck breaking down. Odd but it was a great experience. Not to mention the flexibility of accommodation and itinerary when needed

Liam M

I’m sorry I can’t be more specific about what I enjoyed the most because I loved every minute. Special mention for the guides Jordan and Neil though. Top top blokes.

Janet A

The itinery and preparatory information was clear and appropriate.

James C

The Patagonian experience was brilliant.

Eric K

Enjoyed the mix of camping and hostels

Myrthe H

Great itinerary, beautiful places!

Marianne H

Exceptional - especially because or the dragoman leaders we had.

John B

Spectaculer scenery. Excellent steak and wine in Argentina. The Museum of Memories in Santiago and Pablo Neruda's house. Being at the end of the world.

Ella Rose S

Well organised and executed. Great crew, made some awesome friends, enjoyed the adventure activities and beautiful part of the world!

Carolyn H

The flexibility to do what I wanted when we stayed for a few nights. Great recommendations for activities.

Jane M

The tour leaders was what made the trip so good - they were both great and brought different leadership skills to the trip.

Angela H

Good trip, great itinerary.

Poppy E

It’s an active way to travel but all the boring parts (borders and having to worry about transport) are all taken care of amazingly

Emily F

It was amazing! I had the best time!

Matthew H

I had a fantastic trip

MICHELLE M

First trip with Dragoman and an excellent experience will definitely recommend it to friends and probably do a Dragoman trip again in the future

Elena L

A well organised trip with all informations from the guides we needed

Alexander H

I was a little apprehensive about the hours spent in the truck, but I was wrong. I thoroughly enjoyed the driving days.

Hannah P

We had a great group with great guides, amazing itinerary and Mike and Kylie worked so well together it made the group dynamic so fun and easy

Susan C

Fabulous trip. As close as you can get to adventure backpacking independently ... but with a small group that makes going off the beaten track easy! The price reflects well the type of trip and travel it is.

Kristina F

It was a unique experience I am very positive and liked it a lot.

Johann L

Nice hiking in the NPs

Sarah H

I know I am biased! Although still want to say that each Drago trip I have done now has been incredible... enabling me to learn a lot, meet great people and in general become even more enthusiastic about overlanding.

Harry T

It was a great experience and the guides were fantastic.

Jocelyn B

Travelling through such a vast area as Patagonia was the best way to see all the most spectacular bits in a shorter time frame.

Tina E

Dragoman couldn't have curated it but we had a fantastic group. The cohesion, energy and enthusiasm from our group made my trip. The guide and driver were as much a part of that group and the experience and I couldn't have asked for better.

Mette D

I loved the W trek! We had excellent weather so that helped a lot. And I really loved Fitz Roy. Besides the activities, I liked that we became a little family and everyone was so positive.

Joan W

Loved traveling with you guys Our hosts/guides/drivers Katie and Will are capable, accommodating and caring people who looked after us all and made certain that we had the best overland experience. They were friendly, flexible and always put our interests and safety first. They also made an effort to make the whole experience exciting and fun.

Fabian M

Travelling by truck and exploring new places every day was what I enjoyed most.

Hanan A

We enjoyed the diverse range of travellers and fantastic stops along the way

Neil S

The treks Torres del Paine and Fitz Roy were excellent

Jeffrey W

Loved the variety of landscapes, the good weather over most of the journey and the cameraderie of the group.

Wijnandus V

I enjoyed the trip very much it exceeded my expectations!

Alexandra W

No improvememnts to recommend in my opinion the crew were fantastic and the whole trip was incredible! Thank you.

Matthew D

Enjoyed the freedom to choose our own activities at each stop! Meeting like minded people and bush camping and being part of the cook groups and cooking for other persons on the trip!

Alice B

The trip was well run with professional tour leaders and organised.

James A

Did not expect to enjoy the experience as much as I did. The group were truly a team, also, the driver and coordinator helped to create a fun experience for all.

Christian S

Amazing places with great people

Hayley R

A fantastic way to see a lot of the country in a short space of time, with like minded individuals.

Janet W

Amazing, spectacular scenery.

Eveline L

Loved the adventure and the beautiful scenery

Lydia P

Travelling with Dragoman was both fun and adventurous. It was easy going but still jam packed and exciting. The group travel side of it has left me with loads of new friends and it was very social

Kenneth D

Well planned and very enjoyable. A perfect mix of travellers.

Thomas D

The crew, Julie and Nick, were professional, friendly, hardworking, and considerate. I am very pleased with both of them.

Michael W

The guides on the W trek were very good

Rina P

David was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and sociable.

Gregory G

Julie is a excellent leader with incredible organizational skills. Nick is a wonderful driver and outstanding mechanic!

Adrienne S

Julie and Nick were both excellent leaders, able to keep up the spiritis of the group and deal with any problems which arose.

Shirley G

They couldn't have been better! Loved all 3, Julie, Nick and Hannah!

TERRENCE P

Sebastian on the W trek was an excellent guide.

Judith H

Can I just say that Julie, Nick and Hannah were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Helpful, committed, enthusiastic - never met such incredible crew and would even base my next trip not on the destination nor the journey... but the crew! Wherever they are going I would be on board!

Georg S

Truck, tents and other camping equipment in good condition.

Lindsay B

Couldn't say anything bad about Julie, Nick and Hannah - they were great. Would be more than happy to another trip with them.

Shirley H

Very knowledgable and friendly local guides.

Roger P

Noel was a very good driver and maintained the vehicle with competence.

Stephanie G

Reasonable price, amazing itinerary and professional (and pretty cool!) crew.

Esther U

We had guides on the W Walk who did an excellent job handling a big group in high season.

ROBERT S

Amazing, high calibre crew. Fantastic journey.

Hanne G

We had local guides on our W trek in Torres del Paine (Justin and Nico) and they were both knowledgeable and helpful.

Simone R

Nick and Julie were excellent. Everyone got on very well and Julie was the right choice to be the leader.

Nabhan R

Local guides were excellent, especially during the W trek. Very informative, and kept us enthusiastic about the whole trip.

Howard R

The crew worked very well together.

Lindsey W

I enjoyed the concept of a tour where everybody has to chip in a little bit as it brings everyone closer together.

Natalie G

Our leaders Julie, Nick and Hannah were all super friendly, helpful and professional. By the end of the trip we all considered he leaders as much our friends and the other travellers. They added to the excellent group rapport.

Mirja N

Ambitious, nice, sharing people - just excellent!

Eline M

Guides in Torres del Paine were very enthusiastic and helpful.

Susan R

Vikki was really good - everything was always organised - accommodation, excursions etc. She gave plenty of information on what was happening and what our options were, and at the right time so we weren't overloaded.

Claire T

All leaders were great. Oli in particular was very good at staying cheerful and positive and helping to lift spirits on the day that it rained continuously all afternoon and evening.

Simon s

We had three leaders for this group - our fearless leader was always informed us well on what was happening the next day and good at organizing the additional activities and making sure they ran smoothly.

Colin L

The crew of Jules and Nick worked extremely well together - they gel together seemlessly and both have a wonderful way of "being" with the group.

Megan D

The local guides in Torres del Paine were fantastic.

Jennifer C

I loved the trip and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves hiking in the mountains. However you need to be prepared to rough it a bit and ready for some long days driving!

Monique V

The truck has quite some leg space, and the space in the truck is used very efficiently. The tents were also good -they were not too difficult to set up and break down, which we had to do a lot of times, so pretty important!

Lisa C

I thought Vicky, Olly and Sinead were very professional helpful and considerate.

Susan S

Excellent value trip!

Kate E

Both guides on the W Trek were very helpful and friendly

Savannah M

All the local guides were excellent. Especially Nico & Justin in Torres Del Paine.

Simon B

The crew made my trip extremely enjoyable and memorable. I could see that they enjoy their job!

Will S

All the crew were great and from what we could see Jacopo, Noel and Kate made a great team. For a lot of us we felt we were really lucky to have them as it was a key part in our enjoyment of our time on Cameron.

Leanne N

They were both really enthusiastic and they knew what was going on in the group.

Francesca H

The trip has been amazing, very friendly tour guides who were willing to help with anything. Campsites and hostels were mostly very nice.

Karen G

Sinead and Olly were brilliant. Always around, very helpful and willing to put themselves out for any of the group. Stars!

Ricardo M

Cameron was spectacular, I really liked the few times we were able to take advantage of the roof jump seats. The space was comfortable (especially considering that we were 20+ people!).

Claudiu G

Very good and professional tour leaders, kept us well informed and pretty close to schedule, all along the trip had generally joyful atmosphere within a diverse group of people.

Phillip B

Exceeded expectations

Egbertus B

The whole trip was good: Torres was great but so was Bariloche and El Calafate. Pucon was great fun in the shoulder season.

Alison S

Enjoyed climbing the volcano, Seeing Viedma and Perito Moreno glaciers.

Helen H

The places we visited, the trips we did, I really enjoyed camping and sharing the cooking that was good fun with the whole group.

Hanne V

I loved every second of it!

Jennifer E

My trip was fabulous. The two leaders were absolutely superb. The travel was challenging but fun and definitely out of the norm. The truck was savagely uncomfortable but if you don't mind that and make it part of the adventure that becomes ok too.

Allan C

My first Dragoman trip and we are planning the next! Loved it so much I wanted to turn round and go back. An awesome experience!

Laura R

Great trip one of the few company's that do this route through Patagonia

Pamela S

I enjoyed it most when things went wrong - when border delays meant unscheduled stops in tiny 'backgarden' campsites in small towns, impromptu ferry trips, and parties in the middle of nowhere whilst our poor crewmen sweated in customs offices over paperwork issues.

Lars P

We enjoyed the walking. It should be noted that tracks in national parks were usually dryer and better maintained on the Argentinian side of the mountains. Very poor tracks on the W-walk where much of the walking was done in water as the tracks became streams

Alexander P

Stunning trip through one of the worlds most beautiful scenery. Have very much enjoyed every single day of the 23.

Jeppe Gebhard Ø

Enjoyed every bit of it. Allthough i think it would have been nice to have squeezed in a visit to Punta Arenas since we were very close.

Lindsay P

The most amazing trip!!! Beautiful scenery and great route. Helpful, caring and friendly crew. Comfortable truck with a great sociable atmosphere!

Andrew T

It was amazing! Going through beautiful landscapes that would have been unreachable in any other way.

Helen F

Patagonia was fabulous

Alistair N

Amazing Adventure! Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and cannot wait to book onto the next one. Great group of people and awesome leaders!

Malin Elisabet A

Haven't done anything like this but absolutely loved it! Had the best group and the crew was awesome!

Lena T

Loved it! But a native tourguide would have been perfect

Jack E

An excellent experience, allowing us to see and do more in the Patagonia area than we would otherwise have able to do.

Caroline S

It was my first time on a Dragoman trip and I had an amazing time! Great truck, great people and so many amazing experiences.

Rahel Elena S

Everything was super organised but still flexible.

Garrick M

Chile and Argentina were great destinations for scenery, wildlife etc Great group, leader and driver.

Marie Johanna V

Eventhough I find camping somtimes uncomfortable. The plus was that you are away from the tourists and they were in beautiful nature spots

Sharon J

Although I loved the camping, the facilities were often limited or non-existent i.e. showers and toilets.

Angela B

Really good mixture of places visited, activities, and experiences.

Garth M

As the tour was a hiking focused trip the itenary was excellent. access to a wide variety of walking and mountain climbing was greatly appreciated and maintained a a high level of expectation and excitment. the climb up Villarica was excellent.

Charlotte I

I genuinely love this trip. Ppreviously.I had done the Santiago to La Paz route This route gave plenty of variety and opportunities for activities (The W walk and the volcano in Pucon were highlights) plus the drive days were far shorter than I'd experienced on the last Dragoman route. The accommodation was good, although the hostel is Ushuaia isn't great. Several complaints were made from solo travelers about the fact that single travelers / friends only once got a twin room when couples had doubles in every place other than the first night. That's for obvious reasons but when everyone pays the same then either couples should pay more or it should be rotated so that solo travelers get a better experience. Rianne is a fantastic guide, the best I've ever experienced on trips like this. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, reliable and a great person to talk to! Nothing was ever too much trouble. She went out of her way to make sure that we had the best trip possible despite challenges like circumnavigating the land slide in Chile and making an additional boarder crossing on Christmas Day to make sure that we could go rafting. Rianne also organised a private dining experience for New Years Eve which was perfect! All in all a superstar. Brett was also a good guide albeit very new so he was learning the ropes and the route!

Giovanna H

The tour through Patagonia was simply amazing! Good stops and great guides!

Sebastian B

We had fantastic guides and a fantastic group. Even though I was ill in the first half, this was my best holiday so far!

Duncan W

Trip was very good but a bit too rapid. Some extra days to catch breath would make it better. Anthony and Adam were excellent

Amy M

Some of the sights seen from the truck were stunning!!!! All of the activities planned were great fun.

Deborah S

A great way to see Patagonia! Thank you.
