Useful stuff.

What to bring.

Dragoman Overland supply nearly all camping equipment. But we do ask our passengers to bring along their own sleeping bag that’s rated to the climate you’re in and a sleeping mat. You’re clothes should match the trip conditions and we suggest you bring along your own simple medical kit and of course any personal medication you may need. A more comprehensive first aid kit is available on the truck. Oh, and remember to bring your sense of humor.

Passport.

OK. We’ll only say it once. Don’t forget your passport. Make sure it’s valid for six to twelve months after the finish of your trip. Check it’s got at least one spare page per country plus a few extra. And a passport photo that actually looks like you is always an advantage.

Visas.

Required for many of the countries we pass through. Your trip update and joining instructions (posted ten weeks before departure) will list which visas need to be applied for before the trip and which are obtained along the way. It will also give you approximate costs. Take a look at the visa section when viewing each trips details.

Vaccinations.

A guide to which vaccinations are required for our trips can be found by clicking the "health" link when view the trip details. Please consult your doctor or a travels vaccination clinic. Costs for these will vary.
