Meeting Ewan MacGregor on the Rwandan border

I was the one who shot this video. He was on a motorcycle trip with his good friend traveling from the top of Africa all the way down the the southern tip. It was for a book called long way down. We met him waiting at the border of Rwanda, he was doing a visa check. He was nice enough to stop and talk with us. We were travelling on a bus and he came aboard to check it out. The man is a class act and was very gracious.

Does anyone know why he was on the bus??

I'm confused, why was he on a bus when he was ment to be riding the whole way...please tell me he didn't lie :'(
