If there is one place on earth that lends itself perfectly to adventure travel, it has to be the Galapagos Islands. Ever since Charles Darwin opened the world's eyes to this incredible destination, travellers have been fascinated by its unique flora and fauna.

Whats included?

At Dragoman we strive to ensure no corners are cut. Our Galapagos Tours are fully comprehensive trips. Unlike many companies our activities are included in the price of the trip, meaning that there are less additional costs. This year we have organised an extensive list of activites for you, in an attempt to help show as much of the Island as possible. Your accomodation is full board. Crew are locals, including the captain; a multi lingual, naturalist guide; a cook; a bar tender; and a mechanic. Also included in the price of our trip are flights from Quito to the Galapagos Islands. We offer two classes of trip, both running the same itinerary: Tourist Superior and First Class, see below for details.

Our Galapagos Island Tours.

We offer 5 or 8 day Island Tours for both trip classes. Both are operated from 16 person yachts with 8 double cabins that have A/C and ensuite bathrooms with hot water. Both classes have a sundeck, comfortable dining room and a bar / lounge area. Both classes operate the same itinerary, including wildlife expeditions, snorkelling and boat trips (visit the trip pages, using the links below, to see further itinerary details).

Tourist Superior Trips: these trips are our cheaper option. They offer you the oportunity to see the Galapagos Islands from a comfortable yacht. For these trips we use a yacht called the Aida Maria. The cabins on this boat all have upper and lower berths.

First Class Trips: these trips offer you the oportunity to see the Galapagos Islands from a comfortable yacht with a little added luxury. For these trips we use a yacht called the Eden. Six of the cabins on this boat have lower berths only, 2 have upper and lower berths.

Overland Adventure Trips Linking To Galapagos Tours

We offer almost 80 trips that can be combined with our Galapagos Trips, ranging from 2.5 weeks exploring Equador and Peru to a 27 week loop of the whole of South America, and anything in between. Any Dragoman trip that starts, finishes or goes through Quito can be combined with our Galapagos Tour.
