Beginning at the magnificent Victoria Falls, we'll take a safari in Chobe National Park, which feels like walking into a wildlife documentary - all the animals you could ever hope to see are here. In the Okavango Delta we'll canoe through lush waterways threading through the wilderness, and you can get up close to the game in mokoro canoes. We head overland across the Kalahari to Namibia for a stay with the Bushmen, and camp in the superb Etosha National Park before travelling down the forbidding Skeleton Coast. We'll travel into the remote hills of Orissa, home to tribes who have their own distinctive culture and traditions, then enter West Bengal for a stay in the relaxed coastal town of Puri. Calcutta is India at its most intense - a bustling city that sweeps you along in the tide of humanity. Escaping the heat of the plains we head north visiting Darjeeling and the beautiful Karmi Farm. Entering the foothills of the Himalayas at Sikkim offers endless amazing visitas before crossing the border into Nepal, ending our trip in the beautiful medieval capital of Kathmandu. south america Incas, Trails & Condors - If you love walking there can be few better places than the area around Cusco in Peru. We spend 7 days exploring the Urubamba Valley around Machu Picchu, along a network of paths making up the Inca Trail. We stay with our Quechua hosts as part of our community project in the area, and get a remarkable insight into the lives of the locals. Heading for the coast we take a boat trip out to the wildlife sanctuary of the Ballestas Islands, and visit the Colca Canyon, famed for its condors, as well as the extraordinary Nazca Lines - just some of the highlights on this incredible Peruvian odyssey.
