Guaranteed trips
Guaranteed trips means exactly that - your trip is guaranteed to run! And the great news is that we are guaranteeing more of our departures every day and especially on an ever increasing number of our most popular trips. This means if you book onto a trip with the G guarantee symbol then you know that this trip will definitely run and are therefore able to book flights and any other travel arrangements you may require.
Minimum numbers
We don’t have a fixed minimum number of passengers to run a trip; sometimes the truck has to get from A to B whether there’s anyone on it or not. We might therefore operate trips with a really small group of just 2 or 3, but in general won’t operate trips with fewer than 4-6 people.
If you’re booked on a trip that needs to be cancelled because we haven’t got enough people booked on it, our reservations team will get in touch with you and try to find an alternative date or trip that suits you. We never, however, cancel a trip for this reason within 60 days of departure.
The environmental impact
We’re a caring bunch committed to responsible tourism – and that counts for the environment as a whole just as much as the places we travel through. This means we try to run trips with full trucks rather than with really small numbers and lots of empty seats.
